The second CMS compliant patch I have converted is the great Liga Uruguaya created by Sms_Fede of fifa-uruguay. This patch adds to your FIFA 10 the Primera Division of Uruguay. I did a very few adjustements: the main is that, in the orginal patch, all the skills of the players are very close as, in the range 69-80, you can find all the players of the league. I have just introduced a wider spread of the skills.
